Administrative law, being a branch of the law system, is studied as a legal discipline within the Law Faculty. This discipline has the task of familiarizing and training the students of the law faculty with the legal mechanisms of organization and functioning of the system of public administration and of the executive power in the state. Thus, the course on Administrative Law is intended for students from the first year of studies (II - reduced frequency), who are familiar with the main norms and institutions of law. Gaining theoretical knowledge, students are also trained on the application of knowledge in practice by analyzing the legislation in the field, the synthesis of generalizations of national and international practice. At the same time, the university course Administrative law aims to integrate theoretical and practical knowledge in solving problem situations, case studies, improving public law.
