Constitutional Law and Political Institutions

Constitutional law, being a branch of the legal system and based on the science of constitutional law, is studied as a legal discipline within the Faculty of Law. This discipline has the task of familiarizing and training the skills of law students regarding the basics of state organization, constitutional principles on the legal status of the person, the electoral system and guaranteeing the rights and freedoms of man and citizen.
