Production Management

The course Production management offers the knowledge that is necessary in order to master the functionality of production systems, which would allow future managers to reach their proposed goals. For this purpose, the curriculum includes theoretical and practical topics regarding the planning, organisation, coordination, and control of production activities; the structural organisation of the production process, the computation of resources, equipment, and tools, the organisation of primary activities, supporting and maintenance activities, etc. Additionally, it includes the main tools, methods and techniques for studying and analysing the production process and its organisation.
