Communication and negotiation in tourism (dr. hab, assoc. prof. I. Calugareanu, lecturer Vicol D.)

Negotiation is an activity that involves the "art of conversation," the ability to communicate and teach, and to persuade others. It often turns out that the way you communicate is more important than what you communicate. Starting from the economic truth according to which “the first human instrument in the socialization process is communication”, the presented course aims to highlight the complex process of communication and negotiation in tourism.
