The Design of Management System course is designed for the training of highly qualified specialists. The course aims to train and develop knowledge, skills and assessment abilities of the management system; adopting decisions for design / redesign of the subsystems of the management system and the integrated management system; the use of appropriate methodologies in the design of both separate subsystems and their integration into the enterprise management system.
For the course Design of the management system are selected both theoretical and practical topics regarding the system definitions, the approach of the enterprise as an open system, principles of design of the management system, methodology of design / redesign of the management system, etc.
