Ergonomic organization and work standardization

The course "Ergonomic organization and standardization of work" is oriented towards the study of work organization as a management function. The aim of organization is the distribution of work into individual tasks, the technical equipment of the workplace, the delimitation of categories of works and operations, the specification of qualification conditions ensuring their execution, the provision of technical documentation and the training of the workforce in relation to the nature, degree of complexity and methods of execution of technological or non-technological operations.
