Constitutional law and political institutions (part II) is a system of knowledge intended to form a conceptual and instrumental foundation necessary for the development of theoretical knowledge about institutional forms in future lawyers through through which the people exercise their national sovereignty and the formation of skills necessary for the activity of interpretation and application of the formal sources of constitutional law that regulate the process of achieving public power. This didactic discipline is inextricably linked to the discipline Constitutional law and political institutions (Part I) in the focus of its attention being the basic institutional forms of the political system and the mechanism the functioning of the legislative, executive and judicial public authorities.
